NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement governs the evaluation of business segments and investment opportunities presented under the parent corporate umbrella of McKinley Enterprise, including its 19 integrated subsidiaries.

1. Confidential Information: All materials, logistics maps, engineering schemas for McKinleyton, business models, technological blueprints, and financial deployment specifications contained herein are strictly proprietary and trade secrets of McKinley Enterprise.

2. Restrictions: The Receiving Party agrees that they shall not disclose, duplicate, distribute, reverse-engineer, or transmit any part of this document or its concepts to third parties without prior explicit written authorization from the Parent Holding Corporation.

3. Term & Remedy: This agreement remains binding for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution. Breach of confidentiality will incur immediate termination of access, alongside full enforcement of local corporate asset defense protocols and equitable legal remedies.
